Good morning lovelies! This is the perfect boost when you have a long day ahead of you. Filled with nutrients and antioxidants.
- Spinach (handful)
- Half an Avocado
- 10 Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 2 tbsp Oats
- 1 tsp Spirulina
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Barley Grass Powder
- 1 tsp Canadian Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Almond Milk
Blend together in your blender till all is smooth. I poured it into a mason jar and sprinkled some granola on top. Enjoy!
