Guilt Free Pizza

I think we can all say that we have been there, craved a pizza. One of the cravings that I just cant resist and end up giving in and eating a fatty big cheesy pizza. And hey once in a while its a necessity to just indulge but then other times when you have been working so hard and eating well to throw all that hard work out for a pizza is unnecessary.
So here it is. The cauliflower pizza. And by no means does it taste the exact same to the original pizza, but its close enough to hit the spot.

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
2 eggs
Toppings:
Tomato sauce
Buffalo Mozzarella
Basil

How to:
Thoroughly wash the cauliflower, and chop up into small pieces.
Blend in food blender. Once left with a smooth mass, put into tea towel and squeeze out excess water out.
Add your 2 eggs to the blended dry cauliflower and mix.
Place the mixture on your baking paper  into a thin round pizza form( the thinner the better).
Cook in preheated oven at 200C for 15 minutes once the base is light brown.
Take out of oven to place toppings and pop it back into the over for another 15 minutes.
DONE.
